The soap leaked on the

The soap leaked on the bottom exterior of the pump. I noticed some reviews with the same issue . I think this is an issue that the manufacture should address it. I have bought several SimpleHuman products and this is the first time I have to return the product.

Hands-free soap dispenser

I wanted to streamline my kitchen counters, so decided to try the 9-oz sensor pump. LOVE IT! It's really hands free and is better looking that the bottles of hand soap I usually use. Only issue is the soap is a thicker consistency that the usual hand soap, so I may not be able to use the gallon of hand soap I already have. Not a problem, though, because I'm hooked on this dispenser in the kitchen. Great item!

The sensor pump makes it easier for handicap and for young kids. When a person have no strength to push the pump this is the best!

Love that this is finally available in matte black - I had polished before and the rubber nozzle was loose almost immediately, so hoping this one stays together longer.

Broken won’t turn on any more

I have had this dispenser since may 2022. About 7 months. Won’t charge any more or turn on. It’s really had to contact support to get this handled. Very frustrating since these products are supposed to be high end.
