Overall Great Purchase

I really like the cylindrical design and rechargeable battery. It functions just as it should and looks very sleek. I am getting used to the variable dispenser. I miss the buttons to control soap amount on my previous pump. The maximum soap range is a whole handful of soap and I just don’t see why anyone would need that much. It takes some of the ease out of the product when you have to remember to put you hand in exactly the right spot.

Pretty good

I find that it doesn't always want to drop the soap onto a sponge or into a pan. I have to put it on my hand instead. The topmost marker will release soap fairly easily. The lower one frequently doesn't want to recognize that it's being called upon to activate and release soap. I haven't been able to register with you in order to reorder soap easily.

Great EXCEPT a major design flaw
on November 2, 2020

The pump lives up to the promotional materials, but it doesn’t work for our pedestal sinks and can be difficult on cabinet sinks, because the sensor is not calibrated well. This poorly designed calibration Results in soap squirting when anything—your hand, a faucet handle, the edge of a towel you’re using, ANYTHING—is beneath the pump spout. It even squirts soap onto the sink or cabinet if you’re toweling off soap that previously squirted onto the sink or cabinet. You have to learn how to pick up the pump to avoid its squirting soap when you want to move the pump for cleaning. The pump needs to be calibrated so that it squirts soap only if your hand is one inch from the nozzle. That would mean you only have one choice in the amount of soap you get, but that would be far better than the nuisance caused by the current design. Please do a recall and fix this wasteful, annoying flaw.

Ideal gift for the holiday

This is a great product to have in the kitchen, bath and at the entryway. I use this for touch less soap and dishwasher at the kitchen, and for sanitizer at the entryway.

Love this soap dispenser

This rechargeable soap dispenser is the best!! You never have to touch it unless you fill with liquid soap or to charge it. No dirty, bacteria filled hands have to touch or pump to get soap in their hands. Love this dispenser

worst than previous model

We had the previous rechargeable soap dispenser bottle. Bought the "new" version and it is worse in every way.
1) Previous model had a micro USB port. New model has a proprietary connection. If you lose the cord, you are SOL. 2) The refill is a pain. It has a narrow tunnel so it starts bubbling and overflows easily. Horrible design. 3) No clear window to show how much soap is left. 4) No adjuster button for soap dispensing. It automatically senses how far your hands are away to dispense the right amount of soap. Not exactly easy for young kids to understand the concept. 5) Multiple times, it has continuously dispense soap even after the hand is no longer in the sensor area, thus wasting a lot of soap.
Overall, I hate the new design. I wish I can buy the old rechargeable version instead. Not an upgrade by any means.

Our new charging puck and port is a design improvement as it ensures that the pump is sealed and IP67 waterproof. Also, when soap is poured directly into the funnel opening, it will not slow down the filling process. To prevent any false triggers, we also recommend polishing the sensor window with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol.
