I love, love, love my simplehuman sensor liquid soap dispensers. Perfect flow, great scent & simplistic operation. I'm glad to be done with all the plastic pump bottles. I purchased the brass color & love how elegant they look.

We bought 2 so my name will appear twice. We’ve had simplehuman soap dispensers for many years. We’d never go back to pump soap. These are so easy to fill, charge and use. Great company that stands behind their products.

I purchased one of these dispensers less than a year ago and I loved it. I was disappointed it stopped working after 11 months. I think its a great dispenser and I would highly recommend it but if it doesn't work longer than 11 months I would not.

All the hand pump dispensers I have had in the past all lost their plating and never got all the soap out. So far, these dispensers are adding a nice touch of class to two bathrooms!

Elegant Looking and Works Well

I have a had some random sensor trips. I can't figure it out but i have seen it out of the corner of my eye release soap or have come back to the sink seeing that it has multiple times sprayed soap into the sink. For the price I think it shouldn't be doing this. I can't figure out if it is reflections that are causing it but it is frustrating.
Also an older simplehuman touchless soap pump used to work great when holding a fry pan under it for soap. This one does not go off and not sure what changed in the sensor. Seems to work great for sponges and hands. I do struggle with some hard objects under it, for example knives work great but some of my porcelain bowls do not.

To prevent false triggers, we recommend wiping the pump's sensor window with a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol.
