I am embarrassed to admit that I get excited when I need to wash my hands in my kitchen.....because I love this soap dispenser so much. SO. MUCH.
I had purchased the previous model of this dispenser and while I liked it, I had issues with it. It stopped working, usually due to unseen corrosion around where it plugs in to charge (because it is low on the model, it gets wet easily). However this model has solved that issue. It has an easy-to-plug in magnetic charger that is higher than the last model, so it doesn't get wet. I've had this model for almost 6 weeks and it has worked splendidly.
Once I figured out that the soap amount depends on where you place your hand underneath it (closer to the top or lower towards the bottom), I was absolutely in LOVE. It's so fun. Need only a touch of soap? Put your hand close to the top. Need a whole lot of soap? Put your hand a couple inches lower. Need a moderate amount? Near the middle. It's really amazing.
While this model takes a little extra patience to fill with soap, since the hole going down is a little smaller, it's totally a first world problem. Seriously such a fun soap dispenser! I adore it!!!
And I'll put in a good word for customer service. They. Are. AMAZING. Thank you, guys, for sending me replacements when I had issues with my other dispensers! I don't think I'll be needing your help though for a while, now that I have this awesome dispenser.

My New Soap Dispenser

I'm very glad to have this soap dispenser back. We had the same soap dispenser which lasted less than a year. It went out in the beginning of this year of 2020. The new one doesn't dispense as well as my last one though, Seems to have less soap coming out of it even when you put your hand far away from it.

Great concept, but breaks down

I love this soap dispenser and the fact that it's touchless. Unfortunately, I'm on my 3 dispenser in less than a year, because the first 2 quit working within 3 to 4 months. Also, the indicator light never worked well on either unit. It was hard to tell when it was on or off. That being said, the customer service is great and so friendly and responsive. They quickly sent a replacement and made it easy to return the defective item. I just hope my third one works better than the first two. I really do love it when it works.

At this price tag I wasn't sure if it would be worth the investment, but so far this product appears well made and dispenses soap very quickly with no drip. I love that it can be charged and does not require batteries. The only negative is that there isn't a good way to tell if the soap level is getting low. Otherwise, I am loving this dispenser so far.
