Good soap pump

We used the original model for years and liked it. This model solves some of the original issues such as its awkward battery replacement. My only complaint for the current product is the lack of any instructions for its use. When I put it on charge the blue light comes on. What next? Do I wait for the light to go out? It seems to stay on for a very long time.

When the pump needs to be charged, it will indicate a red light. When plugged in and charging, it will blink blue and become solid blue when fully charged.

Different Than What I’m Used Too

First, I would like to speak on the great customer service that Simplehuman provides. The rechargeable dispenser I had stopped working. I reached out to Simplehuman about it, and not only did they respond to my email immediately, 2 days later I received a replacement, which means they stand by their warranty. I had their older model, and the replacement I received is different than I’m used to, in that instead of pushing a button to increase the amount of soap dispensed, with this model, you simply move your hand under the sensor. The further from the sensor, the more soap, closer to the sensor, less soap. I think this is pretty cool, but it took a second or two to adjust to the difference. Overall, I like the concept, my new dispenser and Simplehuman.

Attractive and efficient

I have owned Simple Human sensors equipment for many years. This design of a soap dispenser has been the most convenient so far! Most convenient to fill. Ease of scaling amount of soap dispensed. Attractive in appearance. Ease of charging!

We were glad to learn it could be used for hand sanitizer. We're using it in our small business as part of the 'new normal' due to the coronavirus. Customers use it upon entering the store. Definitely recommend it!!
