Pump appears to be very high quality. However, it arrives with NO instructions whatsoever. I went online and even tried to contact Customer Service. I need to know if pump comes fully charged and if not, how long do you charge it for? There are no lights or any type of instruction. Very troubling. I would think that for such a nicely made product they would have an active Customer Service option.
I also ordered the soap made for product. It has a lovely smell and feels so rich and creamy when using.

My second simplehuman liquid soap sensor pump--not so great.

Sorry, Guys, but I really like my first simplehuman liquid soap sensor pump better than this one. It has a better dispenser control system to dispense more or less, that works better than the positioning of the hand (as this model works). If you don't pay close attention (as many kids and husbands are not likely to do) this model drips soap on the counter. My first model has a clear "window" in the back so I can see how soon I need to refill (not this one, open the top model). I had to move this new product onto my vanity to combat future problems of others in the house working with it.

I just purchased this product (1 for myself and 1 as a Christmas gift) and its worked well. The on/off switch doesn't provide a positive 'click' when pressed, so I tend to check if it's functioning. In addition the top 'cap' was not setting flush this morning and wouldn't stay down. I washed it and it seems to be better but again, it's new so this may be a minor issue. The 'dripless' isn't, as the drip hangs there for hours and then drops so I set it on a decorative soap dish. Overall functions very well and I may actually purchase a 2nd one for myself to use for Purell but haven't decided.

previous models. Also it is easier to fill with soap.

This dispenser makes hand washing a breeze and fun! The battery life is great and the reservoir is enough for 4 or so days of obsessive handwashing. Thanks simplehuman!
