I am a simplehuman fan owning several great products. I love the line and work ability of each item. I am totally disappointed in this item. It is so super sensitive that anything that passes near it sets off the sensor. I am quite sure that more soap has been on a cloth to clean the counter than on our hands. Then trying to clean the outside is impossible unless we turn it off. Handsome but it makes such a mess. My husband calls it "lethal."

Looks & operates great. I have had the battery operated model for a few years so I’m familiar with company. The re-chargeable model is even better. It holds a long charge and is very easy to re-charge.

We have one in the kitchen and one in the guest bathroom. They are sleek, don’t take up much room on the countertops, and work a long time without needing recharging.

I absolutely love the rechargeable liquid soap sensor pump - it is life-changing!
I love that it eliminates the need for people to touch the soap pump. You have to remember, at first, to not go under the sensor when cleaning, etc., but once you get used to that, it's a gem! It's one of these creature comforts that I felt I was deserving of!!
