I Wish I Had Ordered This Sooner

I am absolutely loving it. I've had it less than a month, so I'm hoping it's as durable as the simplehuman trash can I've had for several years. Will be getting one for the bathroom, after I move, in Dec.

I was looking for a touch less dispenser for hand sanitizer for my office. This doesn’t work because the solution is too thick. Probably works great for soap. My bad. Should have known

I love my soap dispenser! Sound crazy? - but I'm not! After using it, I decided to purchase one for each of my 5 daughters. Down the road I had a problem with it and customer service, Jonathan, took care of it right away! Great product as well as support! What else could I ask for? I'm a happy camper! Bought this as a house-warming gift for my friend. She loved it. I am currently using the previous version but thinking about getting one for myself too. The rechargable feature using a USB port and variable dispensing feature are so amazing and practical, especially compared to the previous one (where you have to put 4 AA batteries, which run out fairy fast, and manually adjust the amount of soap dispensed). My friend loved the rose gold color too. Not too girly, just elegant.

Pretty cool

This soap pump is beautiful my only problem with it is that sometimes it pumps out soap when you're not even close to it. And that makes a big mess of soap all over the counter. If it didn't do that it would be perfect.

This pump should not be dispensing by itself. We have reached out to this customer to learn more about this issue and assist them with it. It is possible that a fingerprint or some soap residue has covered the sensor window and is causing the pump to falsely trigger. Wiping down the window with a soft cloth dampened with rubbing alcohol should resolve the issue.
