As a nurse, I love this feature. "hands free" approach so that we can feel confident and comfortable for those who follow us or who we follow in washing our hands - the #1 way to combat this virus and any other opportunistic agents. Still having phantom soap discharges

Replaced and old pump with this new one. Still seeing that the new pump is sending out soap occasionally when no one near it. Could it be the soap I'm using? Using Dawn, watered down so it isn't too thick.

In order to prevent false triggers, we recommend using a soft cloth to polish the pump's sensor window with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol. This will ensure that soap residue or smudges on the sensor aren't tricking the pump and causing it to dispense soap by itself.

Excellent purchase!

Wanted to have a more practical way to have my dish soap displayed and I’m beyond pleased with this product. I’m using Dawn and works perfectly, no dripping or clog. I have around a month with this product and only charged once and still running fine. Highly recommended!
