I had the previous one for over 10 years before it no longer charged. I love these because no contact dispenser, especially now with COVID 19

It dispenses soap without dripping. I love that it is rechargeable. The soap that comes with is fabulous. It cleans well, and it rinses off easily.

Looks Classy, Works Well

This soap pump is just what we needed. Now we place our sponge under the spout and just the perfect amount of soap comes out.
We haven't yet needed to recharge it, but , seeing how beautifully it works, we think it will take the charge well and keep on pumping.

Doesnt dispense enough soap

There is a rubber spout that seems to constrict the soap coming out. It only dispenses about 1 tiny drop unless you squeeze the opening. Not sure I would buy anotherone base on this....so far anyway.

Product did not include a usb charger, had to plug into a computer. Description of dispenser should include this fact.

It lets out too much

It lets out too much soap at one time. Cannot pass it
with anything because the soap comes out. I have an
older one runs on batteries never had a problem

planning to order several for gifts, since not happy
with it I did not.

not so simplehuman

Well, having had and have many simplehuman soap dispensers, I think I can be considered an authority!
This one isn't as good as the last one they made which had a +/- tab on the top to control the volume. Instead this one uses the proximity of your hand or sponge you're holding to dispense a certain amount. My biggest complaint is that even at the largest volume (hand down low) it doesn't dispense enough soap IMO.
But, I suppose there were other mechanical issues with the older model, because it did break or stop working and they don't make it anymore.
