have only had it for about 2 weeks, but I love it so far. I wish I could adjust the amount of soap it dispenses. I recently reached out to the company with a question regarding a coupon code and they got right back with me. Impressive.

I have been using SimpleHuman's soap dispenser for a number of years, and the last one (2022 model) quit dispensing. I have been told this newest model was designed to resist clogging, and if this is the case, i'll be perfectly happy with the unit

Loving the matte black. Sadly I bought it because my 4 year old stainless steel one broke. Not sure if it would have been covered by simplehuman but I got 4 good years out of it. Exclusively using simple human soap in the new one to avoid any potential problems in the future.

This has been on our radar for some time and now that we got it, we wonder why we didn’t get it sooner. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve worried about cross contamination using soap dispensers during and after prep work in the kitchen…well now that’s a thing from the past thanks to our new Simplehuman touch-free pump.
