In the age of coronavirus, this is a must have! I have the older version also which works great and decided to try the new one. This is even nicer because you can position your hand up and down to get the exact amount of soap that you want, rather than having it preset. Highly recommended.

This works a lot better than cheaper sensor soap dispensors I have purchased. I like that you can control how much soap you get by the distance of your hand. Overall happy with purchase and it looks great in my kitchen.

I have tried using this at my friend’s house and loved how quick the sensor response was and how clean it disposed the soap. Plus it is sleek looking also in my bathroom. I would highly recommend others to go ahead and purchase this product!

Not worth the money

I am very disappointed with this product. Great idea but you have to put your hands up to it at least 3x for soap to come out! I hope to get a refund.

The idea of this dispenser is good and it is easy to use and I like the fact that it is rechargeable.
However, this liquid soap dispenser dispenses the soap when it my hand is not underneath the dispenser. Therefore, soap is being dispensed in my sink, which is a waste of the soap.

In order to prevent false triggers, we recommend using a soft cloth to polish the pump's sensor window with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol. This will ensure that soap residue or smudges on the sensor aren't tricking the pump and causing it to dispense soap by itself.
