Super Sensitive

I like the soap dispenser but it is so sensitive if you get anywhere near it it is dispensing soap. I have a pile of soap on my vanity all the time. Don't love that. Not sure how you can rectify that but I can see you will sell a lot of soap the way it currently is. Would not buy again.

Perfect Solution

I am a doctor and have no sink in my exam room and I have used this dispenser for hand sanitizer and it is fantastic! ...really a perfect solution to having to leave the room multiple times to wash hands plus it looks very professional. I did not realize how many times my hands came in contact with my patient in one encounter...Would highly recommend this product !!

I've had 2 of the pumps thus far. The new style is so much better than the previous. The + and - has been removed from the top which sometimes confused users thinking they had to press the + or - in order for the sensor to work. They have also added several new colors to choose from.

Sensor pump not as pictured

It was a bit of a shock to see the sensor pump has bright white rubber around the lid and under the pump. Why not show the item exactly as it is?
The trial and error of how long to recharge, what the blue light means, red (I assume means the unit is off) and green would mean fully charged? But how long does it take until fully charged? I’ve been meaning to call for these answers but trying to get an actual human when calling Simple Human takes a lot of time & effort.
The design is quite elegant, but product support is lacking. You just go round and round looking for answers on the website and there’s nothing in the box other than info on other products to purchase. I’d definitely appreciate this sensor pump more it I had a really good set of instructions on how it worked. Please.
