First one crapped out after 11 months, they replaced it with no question asked and the new one is working better then the original. My better half loves the liquid soap sensor pump.

So far, so good. I have no complaints. It does what it is supposed to do and it is nice to look at. It is just the right size to get your hands under and the soap dispensing is as it should be. It is easy to fill. I recommend this product.

Liquid Soap Sensor Pump

The 9 fl.oz. sensor pump dispensed soap, has easy to manage soap flow depending on where you place you hand under the spout and looks nice. Unfortunately it dripped soap continually and would clog the spout. I would then need to clean it out each time I wanted to use it. I have the other pumps with the visible soap reservoir with flow amount or shutoff using the + or - on top. While they don't hold as much soap, at least they keep the soap inside until I want to use them, I much prefer that to the constantly dripping liquid soap sensor pump so I returned the pump to Simple Human.

First one broke within a week, the replacement after a year started to discharge the entire contents at night. I am on my third unit
