Warranty is strong

We had our first soap pump for long enough to get spoiled to having it on the counter. When it stopped working, I almost threw it away and bought something else. I did end up contacting the manufacturer and found it was under warranty. They inspected it then replaced it at no charge.

There aren't really any instructions that come with this, so you kind of have to learn that to turn off the dispenser, you must push and hold the power button in on the back. I also had to write in and ask about what the blinking blue light means. Overall, it seems good - once in a while it will drip after it dispenses soap. I have used both simple human soap and another liquid soap, that doesn't seem to be the issue with the dripping.

A little disappointing...

Firstly, this dispenser is great in the kitchen! And I really like the adjustable amount of soap dispensing. What is a little disappointing is that the dispenser only seems to work with simple human soap. Which is priced so incredibly high compared to other liquid hand soaps. But buyer beware, the blame is on me. I'll continue to use and continue to try and find another brand of soap that works.

I like the variable dispense feature unlike their past models where you pick one of four settings. I have yet to have this drip on the counter. I now have 4 of these around the house.

This product takes a little getting used to because the sensor can catch one off guard until one grows accustomed to it. This is our first ever sensor-activated soap dispenser so a bit of soap has been wasted during the adjustment period but we wouldn't trade it for anything else. There is no going back to manual pumps for us, now! Highly recommend this product!
