Excellent product must and have always register warranty

Something happened with the pump unit a month ago and I had a registered warranty. contacted the company and within a week we had the unit replaced From simply human at no additional cost.

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed in this soap dispenser. It doesn't work hardly at all. I have to keep cleaning the nozzle so the soap will come out and sometimes that doesn't work either. Don't know if it's the sensor or the dispenser. Was so happy to have rechargeable battery so you don't have to keep putting batteries in and I love the rose gold finish, but other than that for what it cost, piece of
junk!! I am going to be calling customer service; perhaps it's the unit itself . If the company sends me another one I will submit another review at that time. I hope it's just a defective unit because the features are good.

convenient & sleek

We use this dispenser in our kitchen and it is very convenient when your hands are dirty and/or wet. Keeps the counter clean and neat plus it has a nice sleek look. It provides just the right amount of soap as the sensor is quite accurate.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the item stopped working after four months. I sent it back to simplehuman and they replaced it. Customer service was great. I have had my new sensor pump for about two weeks.

I have had all the soap dispensers. This is my favorite. Really like the soap dispersion amount determined by the fingertip distance from the sensor. Love the charging versus batteries. All in all a much better experience. Kudos.

This made me change all my dispensers. I love the fact that I don't need to change batteries ever so often. The charge also last a pretty long time. Absolutely no regrets purchasing! Also, the feature to choose the amount of soap you want to use, makes it even more awesome. Love it!
