Great decision

The soap never drips or leaks and we love the option on how much soap is dispensed. Only suggestion would be for a larger soap reservoir.

simplehuman makes the Best automatic soap dispensers! They don’t drip after use, are so much more sanitary than a traditional soap dispensers, are easy to refill & recharge, and they are attractive. Also, they offer a two year warranty. We have one by every sink in our home.

Surprised at how much we like this. We use diluted Dr. Bronner’s peppermint soap. So far, it hasn’t gummed the dispenser. Wondering how to clean it.

Doesn’t last!

Had this dispenser less than 3 months and it no longer dispenses. Tried all trouble shooting and it’s always plugged. Don’t waste your time and money

Love the color. Love the way it operates, giving option of different amount of soap dispensed. A bit taller than I thought it would be, would like to have a shorter version for the powder room.

Needs improvement

Not sensitive enough, soap doesn’t always come out. I liked the old one I had. Even though it needed batteries at least you can set the amount of soap you want to come out every time. This new one is annoying to use because I have to keep putting my hand near that stupid line to get soap. Either it’s not enough or none comes out. Needs improvement.
