I also had to ask about how to register the product on line. You can not find the serial number, so they told me to put N/A in the box for that information.

The serial number for this soap pump is in between the clear reservoir and the stainless steel cylinder.

I found this item to work just as expected and does not drip or make a mess of soap. I prefer the no smell soaps rather than the lavendar provided.

the look is awesome. great new design features - control amt of soap by hand position is the best feature. Only drawback is no visual in filling dispenser - easy to overfill.

I thought I loved my previous simplehuman soap dispensers, but then these came out and I'M OBSESSED. The rose gold color, the waterproofing, and the volume sensor make these the best soap dispensers ever. These are literally what I buy everyone for everything - housewarming, wedding, birthday, etc. LOVE.

Liquid Soap Sensor Pump

The 9 fl.oz. sensor pump dispensed soap, has easy to manage soap flow depending on where you place you hand under the spout and looks nice. Unfortunately it dripped soap continually and would clog the spout. I would then need to clean it out each time I wanted to use it. I have the other pumps with the visible soap reservoir with flow amount or shutoff using the + or - on top. While they don't hold as much soap, at least they keep the soap inside until I want to use them, I much prefer that to the constantly dripping liquid soap sensor pump so I returned the pump to Simple Human.

The soap dispensing is an issue, sometimes it does too much sometimes too little. I think a manual dial/switch to set how much soap is dispensed would be better than the hand location.

Thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded your suggestion to our Product Development team. Our new variable dispense feature gives you the option of getting more or less soap based on your hands position to the sensor. Perfect when different people prefer different amounts of soap when washing up.
