Sensor Pump is great when it works

I love the Sensor Pump, but it often breaks down in one way or another. This time it wouldn’t hold a charge. But Simple Human stood behind the product and send one on warranty. My question is whether the new one has the full warranty. It should, because these Sensor Pumps have issues. I’ve had to buy new ones too soon because they broke and were out of warranty. There are issues, but I think they are still the best product out there.

Needs fill indicator

Have used the prior generation dispensers for years. This one is looks good and works well - particularly like the rechargeable power. Needs a visual indicator of amount of soap remaining.
In general, we like SH products for design, utility, and operation.

Love it! I have it in my kitchen and it has worked so well. I especially love it when I am cooking. I wish I had gotten the double one for dish soap and hand soap.

I now have two of these at the kitchen sink. One for hand soap and one for dish soap. I don’t know how I survived without them all of these years! Now I want them in all of the bathrooms!
