We're very pleased with the functioning and appearance of the liquid soap sensor pump, and find the liquid soap is concentrated with a little going a long way (we have soft water). Definitely recommend.

The idea of this dispenser is good and it is easy to use and I like the fact that it is rechargeable.
However, this liquid soap dispenser dispenses the soap when it my hand is not underneath the dispenser. Therefore, soap is being dispensed in my sink, which is a waste of the soap.

In order to prevent false triggers, we recommend using a soft cloth to polish the pump's sensor window with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol. This will ensure that soap residue or smudges on the sensor aren't tricking the pump and causing it to dispense soap by itself.

I like the fill and charging features of my new soap dispenser but prefer the “liquid level window” of the older model. Overpriced.
