I love my soap dispenser! Sound crazy? - but I'm not! After using it, I decided to purchase one for each of my 5 daughters. Down the road I had a problem with it and customer service, Jonathan, took care of it right away! Great product as well as support! What else could I ask for? I'm a happy camper! Thank you simplehuman!

We bought 2 so my name will appear twice. We’ve had simplehuman soap dispensers for many years. We’d never go back to pump soap. These are so easy to fill, charge and use. Great company that stands behind their products.

Solved my problem!

I had a rechargeable soap dispenser that just quit working.
I called simplehuman and we tried to troubleshoot over the phone which didn’t solve the issue. So I sent my dispenser to simplehuman to check. They found the problem, and as it was unable to be fixed, they replaced it with a new and improved model free of charge.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!

Tweaked to perfection

This newer version of the sensor hand pump is a winner. Easy refill, easy to dispense a varying amount of soap, easy to recharge... easy everything. Attractive and sleek looking, I think it’s the answer to germ-free dispensing. I will purchase another for the powder room.

We use this dispenser in our kitchen and it is very convenient when your hands are dirty and/or wet. Keeps the counter clean and neat plus it has a nice sleek look. It provides just the right amount of soap as the sensor is quite accurate.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the item stopped working after four months. I sent it back to simplehuman and they replaced it. Customer service was great. I have had my new sensor pump for about two weeks.
