Good Product; need to send instructions

This is my second soap dispenser from simplehuman. The first one was battery operated so I thought I would try the rechargeable version. So far it is working great. It did not come with any instruction on use and I had to call customer service on how to increase the soap amount dispensed. Works great.

Our rechargeable liquid soap pump features our variable dispense technology as indicated by the sticker on the front of the unit. For less soap, simply place your hand close to the valve. Placing your hand further from the valve will make the pump dispense more soap.

I like the fill and charging features of my new soap dispenser but prefer the “liquid level window” of the older model. Overpriced.

I love, love, love my simplehuman sensor liquid soap dispensers. Perfect flow, great scent & simplistic operation. I'm glad to be done with all the plastic pump bottles. I purchased the brass color & love how elegant they look.

Overall love the pump. The sensor can be fishy from time to time, but I love how long the charge lasts and the ease of use. I had to go through the warranty program and the customer service was fast and friendly.

Still having phantom soap discharges

Replaced and old pump with this new one. Still seeing that the new pump is sending out soap occasionally when no one near it. Could it be the soap I'm using? Using Dawn, watered down so it isn't too thick.

In order to prevent false triggers, we recommend using a soft cloth to polish the pump's sensor window with a soft cloth and rubbing alcohol. This will ensure that soap residue or smudges on the sensor aren't tricking the pump and causing it to dispense soap by itself.

I really love the product. I also love the fact that it does not use batteries. Mine stopped working a few months after purchase but it was replaced for free because they cover their product for 2 years. That says something about the company’s belief in the performance of their product.

We have had the brushed stainless one in our kitchen for several years now and loved it so much we decided to get one for the powder room. The white and chrome look is so clean looking. They hold a lot of hand soap and the charge holds for a long time. One of the best products you sell!

Rechargeable dispenser

This is my second rechargeable. The first stopped working after 1 year. They were unable to repair whatever was wrong and sent a new one. It works exactly as it should. The company was really easy to work with and very expedient in replying to messages. I have multiple simplehuman products in my home and all are wonderful.
