Love the design

I bought five of these, so far so good, although I notice a drip occasionally, and not sure why...... being rechargeable, and touch less design was a huge selling point for me.

Hand Hygiene in full force

As a nurse, I love this feature. "hands free" approach so that we can feel confident and comfortable for those who follow us or who we follow in washing our hands - the #1 way to combat this virus and any other opportunistic agents. I will be purchasing additional units to place throughout high traffic areas in my household.

Great but needs recharging frequently

We love this product, especially in this COVID time. Hands free and variable volume soap dispense is invaluable.
However, as we had hoped to have a cordless, rechargeable version (instead of the usual and cheaper disposable battery option), we find this requires frequent recharging. So much so, that we just leave it plugged in.
We also were quite underwhelmed with the small included soap packet. We are using our own soap now.

On a single charge, this pump's battery should last 2-3 months.

simplehuman makes the Best automatic soap dispensers! They don’t drip after use, are so much more sanitary than a traditional soap dispensers, are easy to refill & recharge, and they are attractive. Also, they offer a two year warranty. We have one by every sink in our home.
