I have several Simplehuman products and love them, but one dispenser stopped working. The replacement has an improved mechanism, I'm told, and so far so good. Time will tell.

Love the 9 oz. Rechargeable Liquid Sensor Pump so much so that I bought a second one. I had shoulder surgery and just pushing down on a soap dispenser was painful and awkward. These rechargeable pumps have been a life changer!

They gave me a reset procedure that didn’t work so they sent me a new replacement which solves the problem and works perfect!
