Excellent purchase!

Wanted to have a more practical way to have my dish soap displayed and I’m beyond pleased with this product. I’m using Dawn and works perfectly, no dripping or clog. I have around a month with this product and only charged once and still running fine. Highly recommended!

I bought once for each of my daughters as well and we all love it.

Not worth the money

I bought two of these expensive dispensers, ( one for hand sanitizer and one for soap) and they definitely don’t work like they advertised. When I put my hand under the dispenser product barely comes out I have to do it for or five times before I get enough product to use. Definitely disappointed because every other simplehuman Product I have is great quality

Pump appears to be very high quality. However, it arrives with NO instructions whatsoever. I went online and even tried to contact Customer Service. I need to know if pump comes fully charged and if not, how long do you charge it for? There are no lights or any type of instruction. Very troubling. I would think that for such a nicely made product they would have an active Customer Service option.
I also ordered the soap made for product. It has a lovely smell and feels so rich and creamy when using.

Love this dispenser! Works great! Can easily increase the amount of soap dispensed. It does not drip and is quiet. Looks so good next to my kitchen sink. It is easy to fill and I love that it is rechargeable.

With the amount of hand washing we have been doing because of COVID, I wanted to make things a little easier and quicker - so I bought one of these. LOVE it. Exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend.
We love that it adjusts how much soap to dispense based on where you put your hand.

It took over 20 minutes to fill with the packaged soap provided. Lid also not secure.
