Insanely Good Product

This is the kind of product that makes you wonder how you ever did without it! All four members of my family rave about it, which is weird because it's 'just a soap dispenser!" But it is an amazing product and I will definitely be purchasing more of them for our home.

Doesn’t last!

Had this dispenser less than 3 months and it no longer dispenses. Tried all trouble shooting and it’s always plugged. Don’t waste your time and money

Poor performance with other brand soap

I use high quality bath products, and they liquid soap is a bit thicker than simple's... barely comes out of the spout, must activate 3-4 times to get adequate quantity.

Any liquid hand or dish soap will work well with this pump. We only recommend avoiding soaps with microbeads or exfoliants.

Great Dispenser!

I have decided to put a touchless dispenser next to every sink in my home. I bought this for my kitchen sink to match my stainless steel sink. It is perfect! It dispenses the soap quickly and efficiently and does not drip. I did have to learn to pick it up by the top and not the body of the unit as it will quickly dispense the soap as soon as it detects motion under the nozzle. It is rechargeable and doesn't use batteries thing is a great feature....Highly recommend!

My new pump

I ordered my new sensor pump because my old one broke and could not be replaced by simplehuman. I am not at all satisfied with the new pump, I ordered the soap to go with it and the pump no longer has the soap insert, you just pour it in. The dispense of soap is very very low, even with height adjustment with your hand. Not a good product, and we own a lot of simple human products.

I love it, my wife was asking me for quite some time to get her one. She didn't care about the brand but I did. As always I do research before buying products and ended up at your Website. This product is Awesome!!! The sensor technology and magnetic charging cable is what got me the most. The easy pour lid is convenient. There is nothing to adjust and works well out of the box. Wife is Happy and so am I. Looking forward to buying other products… Thank you
