Too sensitive

Works well but it's too sensitive to steam and condensation. I can't use it in the bathroom with a shower since it gets a little steamy and it just squirts soap randomly. Same near the kitchen sink, if there is any hot boiling liquid near by, it goes off on it's own.

Good Product; need to send instructions

This is my second soap dispenser from simplehuman. The first one was battery operated so I thought I would try the rechargeable version. So far it is working great. It did not come with any instruction on use and I had to call customer service on how to increase the soap amount dispensed. Works great.

Our rechargeable liquid soap pump features our variable dispense technology as indicated by the sticker on the front of the unit. For less soap, simply place your hand close to the valve. Placing your hand further from the valve will make the pump dispense more soap.

I haven’t had this very long, but it seems to be efficient. I haven’t had to recharge it or to refill it yet so… And the fact that I needed one right away and couldn’t get the color that I preferred to match the Decor and the room was a little disappointing. All the sparkly ones on the website of course are out of stock
