Not as good as orevious models

It is difficult to get a good amount of soap on one swipe. You have to activate censor at least 2 to 3 times to get a decent amount of soap. I am looking for a replacement. It is making life harder and not simple- simplehuman!

waste of money

This new model is worthless. The previous rechargeable model worked like a charm for 5 years and I highly recommended it to everyone. This is my second new model and the soap hardly dispenses. I have to try 2 or 3 times to get enough soap to wash the dishes. and YES I read the instructions and have followed every suggestion given to me by Simple Human Reps. I would not recommend this sensor pump.

I love the rechargeable feature versus batteries. I love the brass color, although I do wish it was more "polished" brass so it would match my faucets batter.
