I find that it doesn't always want to drop the soap onto a sponge or into a pan.
I have to put it on my hand instead.
The topmost marker will release soap fairly easily. The lower one frequently doesn't want to recognize that it's being called upon to activate and release soap.
I haven't been able to register with you in order to reorder soap easily.

Love these. Have had a few for 2-3 yrs. and just got more. Note: I think they work best with dish soap.

A little disappointing...

Firstly, this dispenser is great in the kitchen! And I really like the adjustable amount of soap dispensing. What is a little disappointing is that the dispenser only seems to work with simple human soap. Which is priced so incredibly high compared to other liquid hand soaps. But buyer beware, the blame is on me. I'll continue to use and continue to try and find another brand of soap that works.

Love it, especially love the lavender soap refills. Easy set up, easy to recharge and most of very hygienic.

It’s a nice product but you have to be careful not to wave your hand near it! It is very sensitive to motion and a lot has been wasted!!!
