My sensor pump

I like the idea of having one and it’s great for the kids as well. I don’t have to worry at all about messes nor having difficulties to pump for soap since it does it automatically.

Good product

We bought this & after 3 months, it quit working. I returned it to the company & after checking on it, they sent me a new one. I love that you don't have to touch it, but hope this one lasts longer. I don't like that it doesn't let you know WHEN it needs charged or when it IS charged. There is a blue light on it, but it never changes. I wish it would go red when needing charged & back to blue WHEN charged. If this one lasts any time, I will buy one for my bathroom.

Our 9 oz. sensor pump is designed to indicate 3 red blinks when it needs to be recharged. While charging it will blink blue and turn to a solid blue when fully charged.

I’m never pumping my own soap again!

This really seemed superfluous at first; how hard is it to just pump one’s own soap? Turns out this is now one of my favourite things resulting in multiple more purchases and recommendations to friends. It is a tad on the sensitive side, so you do need to find the right location near your sink to not be constantly triggering it, but there’s a learning curve to most everything. It looks sleek (I especially love my brass one!) and works very well. I wish the Target Ever Spring brand of soap worked as well in it as the SimpleHuman as I prefer their scents (and they also have the bulk packaging), but I can just hold out hope that SimpleHuman adds more scents; in any event, it’s not a deal breaker.

Better Than Expected

This is the soap dispenser that I never knew I needed. It is well thought out, user friendly, works perfectly and looks great on the counter. I’ll definitely be looking at other simplehuman products in the future.

Love the fact that when I come from outside I don’t need to touch the pump to retrieve soap. It works great and it gives you different features as to how much soap you desire. The charge is excellent and I don’t need to worry about batteries. Can’t wait to buy another one.
