This product takes a little getting used to because the sensor can catch one off guard until one grows accustomed to it. This is our first ever sensor-activated soap dispenser so a bit of soap has been wasted during the adjustment period but we wouldn't trade it for anything else. There is no going back to manual pumps for us, now! Highly recommend this product!

So clean and tidy. What more I would ask though, is for the possibility to mix scents when first ordering the refills. Lavender came with the pump (very nice) but I ordered Cucumber refills. Wish I had a sample of others.

The soap dispenser is perfect for our kitchen. Dispenses the perfect amount depending on your need, which is such a unique idea. It has a nice sleek design, but I only wish that the charging port was hidden.

We have two systems in our home and, we love them! No more wondering why the soap dispenser seems to run out so fast. We've taught our children how to use it, with the minimal amount of soap dispensing, and now we're refilling much less these days. Awesome product thanks simplehuman!

Very nice dispenser

I have only one negative comment about this soap dispenser (everything else about it is perfect)—it sometimes triggers on by itself. I was in the kitchen draining a pot of spaghetti into the sink and the steam triggered the dispenser. The sensor is a little too sensitive. Other than that it’s a nice dispenser.
