We have one in the kitchen and one in the guest bathroom. They are sleek, don’t take up much room on the countertops, and work a long time without needing recharging.

Give it a few days if it’s leaking out of the box

The first pump I ordered had a small but consistent drip the first day or two so I contacted SH for a replacement. They were great and in the time it took for the replacement to arrive the original pump had stopped leaking. The replacement pump also dripped for 2-3 days and then stopped. It’s as though they need a few days to make a proper seal or something. I ended up purchasing the replacement one they sent as well for another room in the house. Not having to touch the dispenser for soap is really nice when cooking and I have food on my hands. Being able to control the amount of soap that comes out is also a plus.

Works as designed. Great idea for distributing soap, place your had down more you receive more soap. Saves using a lot of soap.
