Bad Redesign

You can no longer simply charge the dispenser with your mobile phone cord since they now require a proprietary charging cable. You can no longer see how much soap you have in the dispenser. To dial up or down the amount dispensed is wonky and hidden.
SimpleHuman, I love you. Please fix this!

Touch less Soap Dispenser

This is the best soap dispenser yet. When purchasing you can get either a foam dispenser or liquid soap dispenser. It has a small charging cord so no batteries needed! With Covid, the less you touch, the better.

Something happened with the pump unit a month ago and I had a registered warranty. contacted the company and within a week we had the unit replaced From simply human at no additional cost.

We are very glad we purchased the rechargeable hand soap dispenser. Like other products we have ordered from simple human it is well made. Unlike other soap dispensers there is zero mess from drips and no clogging at the spout.

excellent soap dispenser excellent company

I purchased a simplehuman soap dispenser about one year ago, I found the dispensers touchless release to be very useful when handling foods that require immediate hand washing (especially handling chicken). It functioned very well but unfortunately my dispenser stoppped holding a full battery charge, so I contacted the company and explained my charging issue. The company was immediately responsive and within 2 days sent me a replacement dispenser.
