Love the soap dispensers!

We used Lysol soap dispensers for over 10 years and liked them. I didn't like that the soap was proprietary, we had to buy the soap that fit in the dispensers. We had 3. I bought a brand that didn't need special soap but the problem was I couldn't find a soap that worked in them. So, I broke down and bought one of your dispensers and the soap to go with it and we loved it more than our old Lysol brands by far! So much so that we bought two more and now feel we have the best dispenser replacements ever! Please just don't stop selling the soap, we love it!

It works perfectly. I bought the dishwashing liquid soap by Simplehuman also. I only wished it had a little window to see the soap level for refill.

It’s ok, I like the previous model with the window better

I’m on the fence with this rechargeable automatic soap pump dispenser. I had a previous model that had a “window”, however, that pump stopped dispensing soap after 6 months, and I got this one as a warranty replacement.
Cons: there’s no window so I don’t know how much soap I have available and can be in the middle of washing dishes and will run out of soap.
This dispenser doesn’t seem to hold as much soap as the previous model.
The dispenser has dispensed soap on its own, mostly when we are doing something in the sink, but it has dispensed when nothing should have triggered the dispenser.
I don’t like the specialized charger. We have to keep track of this charger and in our sea of chargers, I definitely would prefer not to use this specific one as I’m going to lose it. The previous model used a standard mini usb charger, which we have plenty of, so no need to keep track of this specific one since i have so many of them.
Pros: I like how it has a sensor to dispense the soap. No need to touch the device with dirty hands.
I like how you can dispense very little or a lot based on where you hold your sponge/hands below the sensor.
