simple human soap pump

This replacement pump is working great so far.The original one’s rechargeable battery would not hold a charge after several months use so I will have to wait and see how this one performs. Simple Human was easy to work with and very efficient in reacting to my request. Thank you for that, I have several Simple Human products and like their looks and use. I will continue to be your customer.

Nice Rose Gold Sensor Pump but...

The first on I received didn't work send back for repair, was sent a new one. It is loud when it, I took a shower and can hear it dispensing the soap, my sink full of soap. 2nd shower the same thing. Returning for a refund. Will go back to the older 8 oz one which is quite and does not dispense on it's own.

Overall love the pump. The sensor can be fishy from time to time, but I love how long the charge lasts and the ease of use. I had to go through the warranty program and the customer service was fast and friendly.

Not worth the money

I bought two of these expensive dispensers, ( one for hand sanitizer and one for soap) and they definitely don’t work like they advertised. When I put my hand under the dispenser product barely comes out I have to do it for or five times before I get enough product to use. Definitely disappointed because every other simplehuman Product I have is great quality

An improvement on previous model

I previously owned a AA battery powered version. I use it several times everyday at my kitchen sink with liquid dish soap. I love the simple adjustable volume delivery and the rechargeable battery. It's clean and sleek in design. Filling is easier as well with the built-in funnel. The only thing I miss is being able to see how much soap is left in the reservoir. I think I will adjust over time as the before mentioned upgrades are so good. This is my 3rd version overall and will continue to always have one in my kitchen. I love them!
