Vast, vast improvement over our first generation pump

The batter lasts so long and such an cleaner design, too. We do add between soap filling about 3 tablespoons of DISTILLED water in first and run it through the pump as a little maintenance/pump cleaning. Then we add the soap. Also remember to use a really soaking wet paper towel to saturate the discharge nozzle of any solidification. Do this weekly and especially when adding new soap. It's a manufactured device made by people- nothing can last without a little maintenance. But this pump has all the attributes needed to keep on running well and it does!!!!! Love it!

This is my third unit in as many months. The moderately priced unit was replaced twice I then had to purchase the more expensive unit and that one drips as well

The best thing to have around especially with small kids that need frequent hand washes. It stays well charged and the soap is great Too!!! I have bought 5 of these and have them in every sink area.

This pump works perfectly. I love the fact that you can choose the perfect amount of soap you want by placing your hand close (less soap) or farther (more soap) from the nozzle. Like all Simplehuman products, this one too is the perfect combination of cool design and great functionality!
