Best Purchase Ever

I used the battery operated ones for over 10 years. When the rechargeable ones came out I bought them. It is the best product to use during the coronavirus because it is a sensor operated product and no one has to put their hands on it to operate if. Also you don’t need to keep changing batteries. The pump lasts about 3 months before it has to be recharged. Best purchase I have ever made.

One issue is, if there steam present in the bathroom, then the pump releases soap on its own for some reason.

Sensor Pump - Reachargeable

It's an awesome product and it works well but my experience is that it's charging system/design fails after a period of time. Believe me, I have owned (4) in the past (4) years - simplehuman has replaced (2) at no charge - -service is great.

Got 2 about a week ago. So far so good! Have them in the kitchen and bathroom. Very efficient with the frequent hand washing we're doing these days!

Pumped

I’m really pumped about my automatic soap dispenser. I wash my hands a lot during the day. The dispenser eliminates the risk of touching surfaces and spreading germs. The amount dispensed is economical, not too much. This will save me money on soap. Wish simplehuman made more products.

waste of money

This new model is worthless. The previous rechargeable model worked like a charm for 5 years and I highly recommended it to everyone. This is my second new model and the soap hardly dispenses. I have to try 2 or 3 times to get enough soap to wash the dishes. and YES I read the instructions and have followed every suggestion given to me by Simple Human Reps. I would not recommend this sensor pump.

So far so good, 1 month and counting. Love the lavender liquid soap smell. The best thing is NO touching the soap dispenser. One in the kitchen and bath. Highly recommend.
