Using for a couple of years and ordered a 2nd one shortly ago. The pump is also very hygienic as you don’t have to touch the pump at all only to refill or to clean.

Looks great in my kitchen and bathroom. It’s easy to turn off during situations when I don’t want it to auto dispense. I feel more sanitary with this product and encourage my guests to use it

Not as good as the old one

We love Simple Human products but the previous model/version of the sensor pump was so much more user friendly. We keep the soap dispenser near our sink and the steam that is created from the hot water causes the sensor pump to unintendedly dispense soap. Also, I don't like that the amount of soap dispensed is controlled by where you place your hand or sponge. Trying to get a tiny bit of soap is impossible. I much prefer the old dispenser where you could control it manually with the little positive and negative buttons on the top. The rechargeable battery thing is great but I wish Simple Human would combine the old technology with the new look!

Love it so much I ordered another

I got this pump as a soap dispenser for my kitchen. The dispensers I've bought in the store never work properly and I hate having plastic bottles. This pump is so amazing. You can get a little or a lot of soap and no hands required so when you're prepping and cooking it makes it easy. I love it so much I ordered one for my bathroom and will probably get another for hand sanitizer.

Great soap dispenser!

I really like this soap dispenser and would highly recommend it! It will work with most liquid soaps but be advised that Dr Bronner's liquid Castile Soap is a little too watery for this dispenser. It looks great on the counter top and the battery seems to last a long time between charges - at least a couple of months for us. My initial sensor pump developed a weird power glitch after 6 months but it was a pleasure dealing with the simplehuman warranty dept and they quickly shipped me a replacement one. Overall - I'm very satisfied.

Beautiful and functional

Worked as advertised out of the box and still does after two months of regular use. The On/Off switch makes for easy cleaning or moving without wasting soap. I've only used it with Simplehuman soap.

Not what I hopped for

I have 3 rechargeable dispensers and 1 of thee dispenser I sent back and few weeks of emails.
The battery life is very low
About 3 weeks with being used 2 times per day

Beautiful design. Functions well for a solo user. I cant image using it for a family. You would have to refill it too often.
