I love this company and their product. My soap pump wasn’t charging and they replaced it with no hesitation. The sensor pump is amazing because you dont have to pick up the soap bottle with messy hands. Keeps everything clean and a lot easier to wash dishes. Would buy again.

Perfect gift for college apartment-living grandkids

As a nurse educator, my grandkids have grown up singing Happy Birthday while washing their hands. But, now the first one signed a lease for a Fall apartment at CU-Boulder. So, grandma sent him a sensor pump so to prevent cross-contamination. Thank you so very much.

Some regrets

First off, the fact that the dispenser costs what it does, I'd expect a smoother dispense of soap, and I specifically purchased the SH dish detergent for the unit. Looking at YouTube videos, it looks like a thicker consistency dish liquid would work better as the the SH dish detergent has a thinner consistency and comes out in excess when my sponge is placed below the unit.

This is great for homes with kids, it empowers them when washing hands which we have learned it so important. It also makes it fun!

Disappointing quality

Was really surprised with the quality of the dispensing. Even when using your liquid soap, the dispensing is uneven with each use. At first, I thought it was due to the position of my hand so I made a concerted effort to ensure consistent hand placement.
It's the product not user error. The product still functions so I gave it a 3 to be fair however its not a quality product. I’ve used far less expensive dispensers that had superior dispensing
