It seemed to lose charge and run out of soap faster than I expected. I wish it held more soap. I love the look though, and the no touch dispensing!

Very nice pump--solid and intuitive design

The pump works as desired--easy top fill with sealing cap, thoughtful sensor design (when your hand is under the spout, it dispenses--no difficulty with a "magic spot" like an automatic sink).
My two gripes are:
1) The charging cord is proprietary--USB-A to a magnetic contact. A USB-A to USB-C would be ideal with a rubber plug/cover on the charging port--or a compartment to hold the proprietary charging cord.

2) The spout isn't labeled on the box or manual (there is no manual/leaflet), so I thought it was a plug--but it's actually a rubber spout to stop drips. Thankfully I wasn't able to pull it out but suspect many have. (You're package designer should put a removable sticker on the device or highlight on the box to inform users about the special leak-free spout)

My old Simple Human battery operated soap dispenser took a nose dive into the dish water and stopped working. Even after drying out the battery compartment with a fan I could not get it to work again. So. . . . . I bought two new rechargeable ones. One for hand soap and one for dish soap for the kitchen sink. They work well and look really nice side by side! Thanks, SimpleHuman,
