I tried several other brands of hands free soap dispensers. All of them ended up failing and having to be replaced. There are three things to love about the Simplehuman dispenser. First, the design is sleek and attractive. Second, you can recharge it; there is no need for batteries. Third , you control the amount of soap it dispensers by the distance you place your hand from the dispenser head. Like I said, perfect.

I'm really happy with my replacement for the liquid sensor pump. The power button actually works along with seeing the blue and red lights coming on. Hopefully it will continue to work properly when it needs to be recharged. So far I'm very pleased with it.

First one I got leaked

I must have gotten a defective one at first. It leaked soap from the base. They sent me a second one at no charge and no leak. Would be five stars except for the leak. The soap they send you with it doesn't work well with the pump. It is way too thick. I found that thinner soap actually works better.

The only reason I am not giving this a 5-star review is because of the cost. Outside of that, it is a wonderful product. It looks nice, it is sleek and clean and very functional in our Covid world.
