MY REPLACEMENT DISPENSER IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM MY OTHER ONE HAD. I CAN HEAR IT BUT ONLY PUMPS OUT VERY VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF SOAP. ONLY WORKED MAYBE 3 DAYS. ITS FULLY CHARGED.

the pump works perfectly, especially the immediate self adjusting amount of soap that is dispensed. only drawback would be that you have to actually open the top and look down a small opening to determine how much soap is left. Old design was easier to determine the level just by looking at the clear portion of dispenser.

-Battery life is terrible
-Dispenses Simple Human hand sanitizer at too much force; splashes wall / floor. Makes mess everyday.
Proprietary cable with magnetic attachment is a waste; why not universal USB.
