Simple human had great products! Best quality had seen. I purchased the sensor pump 5 years ago and it was so much better than the junk I purchased this time. Quality is so much worst. They went backwards in quality and I'm so sad.
Size is smaller, looks are uglier, charger is so much lower quality, and the feel of the product has gone down.

Great sensor soap dispenser

We've bought Simple Human products in the past, but not for quite some time.
We redid a half bath and decided to also upgrade the hand soap dispenser, since the half bath is off the garage as you enter the house, and there are times a sensor, no-hands dispenser is what's needed. No complaints. This is an excellent product, as is every Simple Human item we've ever bought.

Great Product

This is our second sensor pump and I really like the changes. The on/off switch is much simpler to use than the finger touch button. Also it’s much easier to see into the tank to gage how low the liquid soap is. The brushed finish wasn’t available so we got the polished finish. It doesn’t fingerprint, yea! Dispenser works perfectly. All around, great product.
