I possess 5 of these units in various finishes to match Bathrooms and Sink Areas. They are a nice touch wherever placed. Seem durable so far. Soap refills do need to come down a bit in price as the value for each dispenser is at a premium.
They need to create an antibacterial version of soap refills. Have not tried all the scents, but Lavender is quite appealing.

Frustrating Functionality

Constantly dying or soap runs low extremely quick and won’t pump out soap. Found that if we fill with soap everyday it works, which is a huge pain. Only 2 people using in our small office. My experience so far would recommend not to purchase this product.

Rechargeable sensor pump Not Bad

We replaced our older AA battery unit with this rechargeable, and it seems to work relatively well. The issue with holding hands close vs further away is not as effective as i had expected. in addition without being able to see the liquid level, it is harder to anticipate when more soap needs to be poured in.
Finally the first pump came with a leak out the bottom but SimpleHuman was quick to replace it. The one i have now has given us no problem
