I was happy with the recharging design but surprised and disappointed at how small it was and how little soap it took. I don’t like the small amount of soap it dispenses in a sort of ‘spitting’ way.

The sensor actually works less than half the time. I miss the old one that I could adjust manually how much I wanted to come out. I bought expensive castile soap and its been a total waste.

I love the sensor pump, unfortunately I started with a hand wash I already have and I had problem as it was too thick. Two days ago I washed out pump and started using the sample hand soap that came with pump and now it is working great. I have ordered more hand soap with SimpleHuman! Thank you!

Does Not Work

I am on my second liquid sensor pump. The first stopped pumping. It did make noise like it was pumping. So I was sent a new one. Same thing happened with the second. Used soap recommended. I am not happy with this. Waste of money.
