What could be better?

Actually, nothing I've found can surpass the beauty and function of this sensor pump. This is the 3rd time I've purchased the pump (in white) because there is none better than the Simplehuman liquid sensor pump. Hands Down!!

Too Easily Activated

If you place near the sink in the kitchen as I did, steam from hot water set it off and it drips soap. Otherwise a great product, but that is a real nuisance.

The charge does not last

I am returning the unit. The charge is horrible on one and on the other unit it dispenses very little soap it downs matter how close you put your hand to the nozzle

We've tried other battery powered soap dispensers and they proved to be a big disappointment failing within 24 hrs. I have found your pump to be far superior than any other. The fact that you stand behind this product for 2 years speaks volumes. I loved the first one, that I bought two more and I hope to enjoy using them for many years. The only question is how long it should take to charge them and weather to leave them on all the time or turn them off after every use?
