I love my pump and the fact that I don’t have to change the batteries often. My only issue is the sensitivity of the pump, it dispenses soap when I move it around to clean.

Volume of soap dispensed per squirt too low

Too little soap, in tiny squirts, is dispensed at one time. This requires multiple squirts to obtain an acceptable amount of soap to wash properly. There should be a thicker and longer volume of soap dispensed per squirt. Otherwise, the pump works well and looks nice.

I have bought several item from simple human in the past and have always been happy. However the rechargeable soap dispenser pump is unreliable, it is rarely ready to dispense when needed causing frustration when you need the soap the most. It frequently needs to be turned on and the battery requires frequent charging.
The manual pump dispenser I bought from simple human is wonderful and always ready!

a little delay

Although I like the soap dispenser I seriously suggest you build in a 3 second delay before the pump dispenses the soap. I have found many times that even if I just pass part of my hand or any other item under the detector accidentally, I get soap when I do not want any and it requires cleanup afterward. Holding my hand under the detector for 3 seconds would assure the detector I really want soap now.

Very good pump. My only issue with the operation is that it is not always consistent with doling out a smaller amount when you put your hand closer to the nozzle.

I am very pleased with the liquid sensor pump. I use mine as a dish soap dispenser and it works great. It is so nice not having to pump the soap out. Looking forward to the paper towel holder next. I already have the trash holder that holds the Q bags so I knew I was dealing with a great company already. Thank you for making quality products.
