Poor performance with other brand soap

I use high quality bath products, and they liquid soap is a bit thicker than simple's... barely comes out of the spout, must activate 3-4 times to get adequate quantity.

Any liquid hand or dish soap will work well with this pump. We only recommend avoiding soaps with microbeads or exfoliants.

Love this dispenser! Works great! Can easily increase the amount of soap dispensed. It does not drip and is quiet. Looks so good next to my kitchen sink. It is easy to fill and I love that it is rechargeable.

Variable amount dispensing works as advertised based on sensed distance from nozzle you place your hand. Very predictable dispensing which is a “big” upgrade from last simple human model we had. We’ve had for about a month without having to charge thus far. Only downside is the cost but I view that the unit is worth is based on quality of construction. I just ordered another one!

Absolutely fantastic. Bought the foaming pump for powder room hand washing after having the liquid soap pump for a few years that I use for dish cleaning. Fantastic company and really pleased with all of the products and soaps. Highly recommend!

New Generation

I purchased this pump to replace a ST1034 model which I've had for a long time. The new unit appears to be high quality and the "funnel refill opening" is a welcome improvement. I prefer the the original model's 'window' soap reservoir which was much easier to view the soap level and I was disappointed that the new model did not include the 'sponge caddy' base which was really handy.
Since this is a new unit I can not rate it's durability.
