This is the second one

This is the second one I bought, the material of the base is different from the first one, not as good. It moves around with the slightest touch. The base of the first one has grip , this is just hard plastic. Not sure if this is a design change or manufacture's error?

Simple human products are great and their customer service is wonderful. My second pump works better the first one would dispense soap when I blinked

Too pricy for the quality

My pump stopped working after less than 5 month, customer service is amazing and they sent me a new one however this one doesnt work well either, the flow of the soup is very little, you have to put your palm in and out several times on the high speed part to get enough amount. It also requires more frequent charging although we dont use this often, maybe 5 times a day.

I love having these hands free soap dispensers. They’re easy to use and look great. The charge lasts longer than I expected. I bought one for my mom and she loves hers as well.

I had 2 of the rechargeable liquid sensor pumps previously and they were much larger and dispense the soap faster and more evenly. As well as holding more soap. I don’t like the charging adapter I think it’s ugly where the other one was hidden. Just not impressed with this new model at all.

we LOVE it! my partner has a disabled left arm so it is hard to use a pump or squeeze bottle. this has made his life much easier. we're going to buy at least one more.

This design dispenses soap better than the manual pump ones. I like that I don't have to adjust the soap volume.
