Got the hello kitty version and I’m very happy with it. When simple human first started I had their automatic soap dispensers that ran on batteries and they’d clog and in general not work well. Not the case with this. Never clogs and rechargeable batteries are good.

First product I purchased did not charged. Second product received, did not work either. Nice looking product. My granddaughter loved it and was disappointed when I had to return it again. You really need to test your products. Couldn’t get myself on ordering the third time.

I love the product but would like to know when the soap is running low. From all I can see, there is no indicator when this is happening. Otherwise, it is a great product.

Don’t get near the sensor when cleaning…

Sensor is sensitive. Which can be a good thing. But when I try to clean around the pump, or my hand happens to waive somewhat near it, and a ton of liquid sprays all over my bathroom sink, eh- maybe not too thrilled with the purchase. But gosh does the gold color match my bathroom fixtures perfectly! Keeping this!

Love the brass color. Love that there are no buttoned to mess with for volume. Love the clean design, esp, the way you load the soap (vs the previous gen).. but the sensor isn’t as great as the previous generation. Sometimes it sensitive and goes off even when your hand is no where near it.. and sometimes it’s temperamental.. like you have to donate it one of your kidneys before it decides to dispense some soap! The range feature for less soap or more is kind of meh! So good, but not the best!
