Love this in my kitchen. I did have a problem with it not wanting to work after awhile, but got help from trouble shooting to reboot it and it works fine.

It stopped working

The pump stopped working a month after I received it... I charged it, followed the instructions to prime the pump, nothing worked... motor is running but no soap is being dispensed. Will be going to website asking for a exchange
